The bracelet measures 1/4 inch wide by 6 inches long is adjustable and fits most wrists.
These bracelets are made with aluminum. They will bend so you can get the correct size but won't keep bending while on your wrist. They will not tarnish. Removing the cuff before using soaps and cleaning products is recommended to extend the life of, and keep your jewelry looking new.

TO WEAR:
Slide sideways over the thinnest part of your wrist, and turn so the opening is at the bottom of your wrist. While these will bend a bit to fit a variety of wrists, once it is the correct size, it should not ever need to be bent to take on and off regularly. This bracelet will slide on and off like a cuff, and fit more like a bangle while wearing.
